I predict a Derby Victory. If the players want to hold onto Silva? They're going to have to play out of their skins, or Silva will be gone on Thursday.
As Tacitus said: "To plunder, butcher, steal, these things they misname empire: they make a desolation and they call it peace."

Gutsy performance. Lose 1-0, 95th minute, VAR decision.

Honestly this could be horrendous, confidence will be shot again after yesterday, fully expect a number of our players to shy away from the ball and hide

Rather us just get routinely beaten like 3-0 than something like yesterday again.

At least that's just the expectation.  The false hope is a killer.

If we play three at the back then we’re basically asking for their front three to attack our back three at certain points of the game and that won’t end well.

Pickford
Sidibe Holgate Mina Digne
Davies Schneiderlin
Richarlison Iwobi Bernard
Kean

I just hope we kick the shit out of them tbh.

That would be my side, unless Delph is fully fit and can play instead of Schneiderlin.

That formation, with that personnel could easily fall into a 4-2-2-2, a 4-3-3, a 4-2-3-1 and a 4-5-1 when required, as well.

Isolating Kean up top against VVD is a good way to get shut out. I think we need to go 2 strikers (Richy preferably being the other one), with Iwobi & 🙏🏻 Bernard behind them.

Like I said, this formation, with this personnel can transition into 4-2-2-2 pretty easily.

I’m going to watch the Spurs v Utd game on my phone and try to ignore the game being shown on a 10x10ft screen above my work desk.
