I think we need a third option. I think it was a fluffed pass.

Definitely a fluffed shot. Kean bottled it and scuffed his shot to Walcott. But what a nice little dink of a pass from Kean to Richarlison to set the counter-attack in motion.

After the buzz of scoring the other week he's tried again. The lucky rub for us is that it went to Walcott.. Deffo fluffed.

I was right behind the goal, with a totally uninterrupted view and he tried to steer it into the corner. I could see his foot twist to direct the shot but he didn't make clean contact.
That's  football and you win some and you lose some. This time we 'won' and Walcott picked up the 'trophy'.

No you didn't. But stay the course.

@Escla you needed a 3rd option for "fluffed pass!"

There was no fluffed pass option because if it was a “fluffed pass” Walcott wouldn’t have received it would he.

Depends on where he wanted the pass to go.

Anyway it’s a pointless poll. It went to WALCOTT. He scored and we won. That’s all that matters.

Of course he would have. Meant to pass cleanly with his instep, instead flubbed it a little and it came off his inner heel.

As he was falling down with no possible shot available given the keeper's position. Someone last week commented on his goal that he needed to "get a left foot lad." So for someone who ALWAYS tries to switch to his right foot to shoot, this one & only time he figured he'd give his left a go? Just seems...weird to me.
