I knew that someday I was going to die, and I knew that before I died, two things would happen to me. That number one; I would regret my entire life, and number two; that I would want to live my life over again.

McFadden looked like he could have been great but just didnít have the physique to back it up. Same with Osman really, if he was either faster or bigger heíd have been a Top 4 player, give him Baleís physique and heíd be a world beater.

I have a feeling weíve seen the last of Dowell too, for similar reasons.

We really need to focus more on athleticism in our young players, technique can be improved over time but physicality has a natural ceiling.

Harsh on Osman.

Ten years at the top of the game. Thought he was one of our better players for that ten years.

Hey there mister can you tell me what happened to the seeds I've sown
Can you give me a reason sir as to why they've never grown

For a club with such a huge history of number 9s our strikers in the prem era have been absolutely fucking shite.

I wanted Royston Ricky Drenthe to be good.

I desperately wanted Geri to be consistent.

Really the Yak and Lukaku who have actually done their job and scored goals. And yak struggled after injury until he was sold.

Sandro Romirez
Arouna Kone
Landon Donovan
Are the last 3 before DCL
I think its then Louis Saha and Duncan Ferguson

He was indeed, but if he had that physical presence as well heíd have been a CL player easily.

The only number that matters is the number of times the balls put in the back of the net. Numbers on shirts are really irrelevant now.

Neither Lukaku nor Yak had the number 9 either.
