Re: Today's Football 2025-26
Meanwhile this dick head seems to be self imploding: Deal with 'noise' or join another club - Arteta https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/czd8y912828o And Guardiola knows what he is doing, City will win the league now IMO, they've been here before: Guardiola tells team to chill with cocktai...

Re: January Transfer Window
Early summer rumour about us being interested in Delap, by the ever reliable Caught Offside. Maybe just a lazy link from last season, but I could see Chelsea wanting to sell...I was quite keen on him as an option last summer but yeesh his been terrible for Chelsea. https://www.bbc.com/sport/footbal...

Re: Today's Football 2025-26
You cannot play as negatively as Arteta do and get away with it over the course of a season. All that attacking talent suppressed and Eze is the most recent example of this. Arteta is a problem, they will never win the big prizes under him and I don't want them to either as the football is awful.

Re: Today's Football 2025-26
I'm looking forward to the BBCs click bait piece on Tony Gordon because he scored 4 against a nothing team, much like they did with Palmer scoring a hattrick* a couple of weeks ago

Re: Manager Merry-Go-Round
Was a quality cheap centre back signing on Championship Manager 01/02. Juventus always transfer listed him so you could pick him up really cheap. That's almost the extent of my knowledge of him, apart from remembering him playing for Juventus and Croatia a bit.

Ah yeah, sorry sort of ignored Wolves! But yeah, I think City are level or close yo level in 4 games timeblueToffee wrote: ↑Thu Feb 12, 2026 10:32 pm Arsenal play Wolves next I think.
It’s hard to know what to make of some of those games with Spurs new manager and Forest new manager. Could see both Arsenal and Man City dropping points.

Re: Today's Football 2025-26
Next three games are big:
ARSENAL
A Spurs
H Chelsea
A Brighton
MAN CITY
H Newcastle
A Leeds
H Forest
Game on I reckon. Always thought Arsenal would bottle it, still do.
Then 19 April is the day:
Man City v Arsenal

H Chelsea

MAN CITY
H Newcastle
A Leeds
H Forest

I didn't think he'd be gone quite this soon. Surely this is him done now in the Premier League. The myth has surely finally been blown wide open.

Has anyone seen Digne's defending for Rayan's goal yesterday? Hilarious, not sure what happened there, perhaps he thought there was cover, but still, awful!

My favourite Everton player currently.
I thought he'd do well, I didn't think he would do this well and be this good though.

It's such a shame West Ham didn't do Chelsea last week. It takes the edge off tonight's game, still looking forward to it though.
