Re: January Transfer Window
Strikers man, strikers. Why can't we find a good one, Lukaku aside. Tosun, Rondon, Niasse, Maupay, Beto Sandro, Barry and Kean…we really have been spoiled 35 League goals in total for £135m Compare to Brentford - Watkins, Toney, Mbeuno, Wissa, Thiago. 238 goals and climbing. Cost £51m (Thiago £30m ...

Re: David Moyes
I can understand penalties can be tricky, but I can't understand how a striker can miss. A defender, midfielders etc, but strikers should know how to 'strike' a ball...

Moves like Zidane, especially that pivot turn and go... very relaxed on the ball too

Re: Jack Grealish
Accepting he's got no LB bombing on, i assume to whip a cross in, for that great striker who could head a ball, other than to clear it. Why doesn't he move inside and play a through ball instead. A little one two and then actually shoot, rather than a neat pass to someone who can't react quick enoug...

Re: January Transfer Window
Thiago had 8 games, 0 goals for Brentford last season. Bought for £30 million. He had injuries in that period, but fair to say many Brentford fans would have been saying some version of ''what a waste of money''? It took time for him to come to the league and adapt. I know people don't like to hear...

Re: Dwight McNeil
Utterly fucking useless last night, but in his defence, Moyes plays him wide right, when he doesn't have a leg on that side. How a player who ends up a professional Premier League player doesn't get pulled at some point on his journey for only having one foot... baffles me

Re: David Moyes
Making subs in 80+ minutes gets you headless chickens running about trying to get into the game. Genuine subs, change games. Moyes does the former and has 2 chickens

Re: January Transfer Window
I'm sure getting into Europe impacted on Martinez's team. You need a quality squad, which is backed up when you look at the top 4 being in the CL every year

Re: January Transfer Window
It's about balance for me. If we push for a European slot, we need a better squad with more depth. Or, do we accept our progress and enjoy not fighting to survive, then invest in the summer for a big push next season. I'm okay with the latter myself. Also, if we hold off, we can get rid of those we ...

Re: January Transfer Window
Don't need Ake really. FB's are more of a priority and a striker, at least as backup for Bazza

Re: Tyler Dibling
I can see Grealish in his play, the way he draws players in and shields the ball. Watching him recently, you could see he's growing in confidence and if he keeps playing, we'll have a very silky Jack, Illi and Dibbo behind a striker. Still want Grealish in the middle, but he could do it too
