Re: 777 Partners Takeover

Surely a bid that doesn't involved another 350m worth of debt would be better. We've gone down the sentimental route with disastrous results I’m sure whoever it is and whatever the deal is, the Esk will delight in telling everyone that’ll listen that it’s an awful deal that plunges us deeper into t...

Re: 777 Partners Takeover

I see it as Friedkin would result in a lot more money being thrown at it if possible, but balanced off we’d likely be part of wanting to play league games in Tokyo etc

Bell and Downing more in touch with the fan base but not with the same financial clout

Re: Financial Fairplay Investigation - Further 2 points deducted.

So if we sell a 99% stake in all our assets to, let’s call them Blue Dell Loophole Ltd based in Panama, for £400m with £350m upfront. The other £50m is due 6 months later which if they don’t pay, ownership reverts fully to Everton FC Blue Dell Loophole Ltd then ceases trading so payment can’t be mad...

Re: 777 Partners Takeover

Dear Mosh, Seriously, if there ARE 4/5 potential investors, just get them all into 1 room, ask them to write down their highest bid, and give the fuken club to the highest bidder, PLEASE! Then Josh Wander removes his disguise, laughing maniacally, and we’re all fucked waiting around for another yea...

Get some new minted owners in, sell Goodison Park to ourselves for £500m, go wild in the transfer market

Re: England National Team

On reflection

The worst defence we’ve taken to a tournament in over 30 years

We’ll need to outscore everyone we play, which goes completely against his safety first philosophy

Can win it with being rock solid, see Greece, Italy, can’t win it being porous as fuck

No chance we make the semi finals

Re: England National Team

Did he actually just justify not taking Maguire by saying Trent could play there so that’s nine defenders?!
