If Moshiri's money's dried up and 777 are the only people willing to do a deal he has no option but to give it every chance.

Not sure how they know that, Even if it is true we'll only make savings on players out of contract. If we force players under contract to move they'll want their contracts paying up and we might not have the money to do that in a one off payment.
