Re: Newcastle v Everton
Surely that’s a booking too? Can’t just fouls a player when the balls out and off the pitch

Re: Newcastle v Everton
They’re gonna say foul but covering man I guess? Outside the box so not a pen, covering man so not a red but should absolutely be a yellow surely?

Re: Newcastle v Everton
Is that not a red?
It’s outside the box and denying a one on one with the keeper

Re: Newcastle v Everton
I like Dewsbury-Hall, works hard and has some great moments of clarity but I’m not having him as a ten.
Far too often he picks the wrong pass out when on the break bursting towards goal, that should be bread and butter if that’s your position

Re: Newcastle v Everton
Jesus it’s hard to defend Moyes at times.
O’Brien right back, McNeil back in the side, Gueye starting another match and Beto up front.
We’ll probably win [emoji637]-[emoji[emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]][emoji640][emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]]] now and I’ll have egg on my face but that’s an awful lineup

Re: Newcastle v Everton
The tough part about us at the moment is that we’re a really bad watch. Like I know we have a decent chance to sneak a win here but even if we do it will be a backs to the wall slog where I’m watching us defend way more than attack. It’s a shit job being an Evertonian as we also can’t really complai...

Re: Tim Iroegbunam
You think gana is our worst cm? I think as of performances in the last [emoji639] months Garner and Tim are both better already. Gana is probably still better than Rohl and Armstrong but not by so much that it would make a big difference. More importantly they’re both on the way up and he’s on the ...

Re: Tim Iroegbunam
He was our best player last night, for me he starts over any of our other CMs except Garner.
Garner>Tim>Armstrong>Rohl>Gueye.
Gueye has been a great servant but his time starting games at this level is gone

Re: Future Captain Harrison Armstrong
He should be back out on loan but the Grealish injury fucked us.
I wouldn't start him in CM either though, I think as of right now Iroegbunam is the better CM option over Armstrong, Rohl or Gana as he adds some much needed dynamism in there and can actually turn and carry the ball forward.

Re: David Moyes
I keep seeing people saying that we're not getting europe so might as well play the kids, but there's absolutely no way Moyes and a team of competitive professional athletes are giving up on european qualification when we're 3 points off 7th with 11 games to play. Now, personally I think playing Pat...

I know he’s not first choice but Madueke is not a champions league level winger, all flash with no delivery and loses the ball a lot

Brentford just bullying Arsenal here, they’re really struggling to play out from the back.
Although Brentford do tend to tire, they’re can’t compete at this level for ninety minutes

Re: Iliman Ndiaye
Honestly it’s not necessarily a bad thing as if he smashed it right now he’d be knocking on the door for a big contract or his agent would have him leaving in the summer - we’re vastly underpaying him at the minute

Re: Tyler Dibling
It’s one of those where if you fast forward three years and say Moyes “mind games” encourages him to kick on and he fulfilled his promise and was our star player I wouldn’t be surprised, but nor would I be surprised if the pressure was too much and he was back at Southampton in the championship. The...
