Re: The Three Loan Musketeers

Rohl being treated like there’s an appearance trigger in that deal. With Armstrong proving he’s ready, bet Moyes and the club would love to get out of that one.

Re: Manager Merry-Go-Round

He’s been atrocious.

I liked him at Brentford but it goes to show that you really can’t judge a manager until they’ve had a job with pressure and expectation.

Can see Moyes going to the board in the summer and begging them for a Chris Wood.

Re: Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall

I think he’s in that sweet spot of being a great player for us but one we don’t have to worry about a bigger club coming in for him.

Re: The Friedkin Group

You’d say Villa’s owners have done a tremendous job. The dury is still out on TFG, imo. We’ll see how the rest of this season pans out and then a big summer ahead. Will also be interested to see how our turnover improves. They’ve done nothing more than elevate us above the status of perennial relega...

Re: Tyrique George

If he won’t give minutes to Dibling then I really don’t see him giving minute to this lad, especially if he doesn’t offer anything too different.

Just seems like a cheap body as cover.

Re: January Transfer Window

The fact we’re even in for Wilson tells you all you need to know about the lack of ambition from our owners.

Get the club on an even keel, optimise the stadium’s profitably and flip us in a couple of new TV deals time.

Re: January Transfer Window

Yep. The other day I saw that Keinan Davis (former Villa player) was leading the line for Udinese and doing pretty well. 7 goals and 3 assists in 21 games.

Re: Today's Football 2025-26

Need a striker like that if we’re ever going to be relevant.
