A modest upgrade, but an upgrade nonetheless.

Re: Adam Aznou

Not just lightweight, he’s a bit all over the place positionally and chases the ball. He’d be exposed as LB in the prem and it would ruin his confidence. Let Moyes give him the Coleman treatment Agree. He’s raw. But he definitely provides an energy going forward that would be useful when we’re chas...

Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock

For the Wolves game I got the soccer bus from opposite Lime St. was surprisingly easy, buses arrived 2 hours before kick off, took about 20 mins to get to BMD, getting back was easy too. Good to hear. There were issues for the Roma preseason game, but everything was still being worked out at that s...

Re: January Transfer Window

Holm looks ok. Bit more of a bulldozer of a fullback so maybe not too dissimilar to JOB? But maybe the YouTube clips don’t do him justice. Brighton were all in on signing him but backed out at the last minute according to some random YouTube short, so maybe worth looking at?

Bobby Thomas. Massive blue, been getting good reviews this season.

I sat next to his dad at the match.

I’ll get the ball rolling on that one on the clubs behalf.
Take yourself a percentage if it goes through lad 👍

I'm not sure why he’s on the wing with no space,
He should play in the middle,
To dribble and wriggle,
and hopefully score us a brace.

Re: David Moyes

I think this is the reality of where we are with Moyes really. Overall being objective, he's been a big part in getting us in to a good position, one which is a great place to be in comparison to where we've been over recent seasons. It's sometimes easy to forget that though because of some of the ...

Re: David Moyes

Everyone keeps saying ''he should be playing young players and developing them more'' but we're not in a comfortable enough position to do that. Nothing wrong with the logic of this statement, but you also have to question why he persisted with McNeil on the right and/or left for as long as he did ...

Re: David Moyes

What would you call it then? Two points off European places, well clear of relegation. Was anyone really expecting better than this? It was always going to be a long process after the last five years. No manager comes in next season without a similar run of results or performances happening. That’s...

Re: Adam Aznou

I liked what I saw in the Roma friendly. Started well and looked lively. Got pinned back more over time and looked not quite at it, but the attitude and willingness to be brave was there.
