Re: Scottish Football

Wilfried Nancy appointed Celtic boss. They've even managed to kick the tits out of that even though they started talking about 10 days ago, https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/13471567/wilfried-nancy-appointed-celtic-manager-scottish-premiership-champions-confirm-brendan-rodgers-permanent-...

A winning matchday thread always lasts a bit longer, a defeat and one of us would have quietly filed it away in the archive by lunchtime. :)

Re: Bournemouth v Everton

It's the best league because anyone can beat anyone. Would way rather this than Spain or germany etc where same teams win every game. I don't think anyone's saying that competition isn't a good thing, I'd far rather this than the top four lock out, I just don't think the quality of player or games ...

Re: Bournemouth v Everton

I don't think it's anywhere near outrageously high, it's pretty competitive this season, that doesn't mean the standard's great. Man Utd and Spurs were shite last year, it's more a poor reflection on last year's Europa League that they even made it to the final rather than the standard of the PL was...

Re: Bournemouth v Everton

The league is close but it's not good imo. We're 14 matches in and 9th despite the fact we have about 4 players at most that you'd describe as good and one of those is the keeper. Meanwhile we have two terrible strikers and two crap fullbacks (whoever might be playing there). You can't tell me this...

Re: Tickets (News and Issues)

Rearranged fixture at Saturday 8pm five days before Christmas, I'm surprised it's only 30 tickets.

I've not seen the goal, but the photo would suggest it's not the most spectacular overhead kick.

Re: Bournemouth v Everton

Probably a bit of a case of Moyes stumbling across a system that worked due to injuries and suspensions which we've seen before with him. But this is the way the season will go for us and a lot of other teams. It'll be close all season, Arsenal might sneak away but the promoted teams seem a little b...

What a weird player, looks all over the place one minute and a decent player the next. Needs to get himself booked early every game.

Tavernier wasn't it? Gave it the big'un to the fans then they booed him the next time he got the ball. 😂
