Re: James Garner

We have kind of slipped into this for the past few years though with the various restrictions we have had, keeping players we would rather an upgrade on and we just kind of limp along. We have now finally come out the other side so we maybe need to change the mentality. If he wants to stay then gre...

Re: James Garner

Get your point but I can't pretend to be worried about losing James Garner* Gives more opportunity for Harrison Armstrong when he returns to the fold. Losing Garner wouldn't be ideal but he's far from irreplaceable imo. *And I think he's done well this season. Irreplaceable from a talent perspectiv...

We can't afford to lose him. It's a similar situation to Keane where ideally we want to move onwards and upwards but need enough bodies. It helps he can cover about 3/4 positions and do 'ok'.

Re: Gana

Happy to forgive him, but it still means we're going to be extremely thin in the midfield over the next few games.

I'm guessing overall performance ratings?

Re: James Garner

One of the weirdest players we've had in terms of the fans views of him. Not so much on here but more twitter etc I think people project the sort of midfielder they wish he was onto him. You see comparisons to Peter Reid, he's our best player, should be playing for England and all that absolutely b...

Re: Iliman Ndiaye

My only negative is that I know he probably won't be here long term.

I wouldn't be surprised if we see serious interest from top teams this summer.

Usually when I make that kind of choice the player goes on a point scoring spree.

Worked harder today and had some good moments, it's a shame this goal was ruled out.

It's bad but I know for sure I'm now going to think that whenever anyone says relegation.

I hope we avoid the relly gelly scrapelly.

Re: David Moyes

FFS, how many managers have been sacked from United since Moyes ? He was mad to go to Sociadad, Sunderland, no idea, wasn’t following him or Sunderland, West Ham, didn’t he get them into Europe and what you call the second sacking was just an end of contract thing ? I'm sure Moyes had a fallout wit...

Re: David Moyes

I think we'd likely see some of the same issues/challenges regardless of manager. It's hard to know how many of his decisions are him doing exactly what he wants to do, and how much is he doing because he feels like he only has bad choices. I do think he's getting some things wrong, mainly his use o...

Re: Thierno Barry

I don't see what Moyes thinks he's achieving by chopping and changing them all the time, swapping at half time or just after and calling them out all the time. Give one of them an hour, or 70 minutes and give him a run in the team, constantly pulling them off then calling them out is ruining their ...

I love the cadence of the last 3 posts in this thread.

Our central midfield is a merry-go-round of turd.
