Unfair to judge him based on last night given the abysmal team selection.
He needs opportunities to see if he can offer more than Beto alongside the first 11. Not a half baked attempt at giving fringe players a single game against PL opposition

Re: Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall
I don't think we're going to be seeing him in a midfield 3 this season, we don't have the wing backs to give us width that would then allow Ndiaye and Grealish to play narrower. So those 2 are going to be doing more touchline hugging than is optimal

Re: David Moyes
If we won the league with 80 points playing decent but not amazing football and we had another season where we scored 90 points consistently played beautiful football but finished second, which one would be the better season?

They all play in the same spaces, it was always going to Ndiaye that gets shoved out of positionToddacelli wrote: ↑Fri Aug 22, 2025 12:37 pm I thought buying players like KDH and Grealish was so that we could play football with Ndiaye. Not so we could be a basic, soak and hit on the counter team.

Re: The Rebuild
He's gone from 'significant influence' to 'undisputed final say' now. The sentence before about the committee only containing those 3 and no talent ID specialist is equally worrying. Do you reckon Kinnear, Hammond and Moyes are pouring over the data from hundreds of players or are they going with w...

Is Moyes now desperate for a CB who is decent on the ball?
