I think cunha and mbuemo are terrible buys for United.
I’m throwing a tenner on them to go down next season.
Watched a few tactical videos on Amorin and think they're both excellent signings for how he wants to play.
Man UTD actually buying players that will specifically work for a manager's tactics? Crazy I know but they're exactly and I mean EXACTLY what he wants and needs for his ideas to work.
If they continue down this route I could see them challenging for top 6 next year... Early days but he bombed 20+ players out of Sporting in one window and won the league the next so I feel there's a good chance he has them around 6th-7th next season if he gets the rest of what he needs.
Long term I have doubts about Amorin as he's completely unadaptable so will eventually hit a wall where better teams figure them out and they are too easy to play against, but so far so good as far as next season goes imo.

Think the opposite. Good buys. Decent prices. There's literally no chance them going down either way. They are lightyears ahead of the 3 coming up. Think they'll finish around 7th or 8th.
They improve them surely? That's all it comes down to.
Slot them in and remove the likes of Garnacho, Hojlund or pretty much most of their current first team and that probably buys them a few league places on their own. By the time they're done buying a keeper and a couple more I think they're back in top half of the league without much effort.
manu gave sunk so low now they cant compete for the top top players like arsenal city the shite of even chelsea now
are these really the type of players that will push manu to the top 6 or 7? maybe.......maybe not
they are not in europe next season so that will help their manager
their main issue is the CF stiker issue amorims tactics just dont suit a main striker

Did you see how many Gykores (spelling?) scored for him? His tactics suit a main striker, it's an integral part of his philosophy.

well it really worked for manu this season didnt it
where his main players like garnacho choose to shoot onsite instead of supplyng passes - crosses to their main CF
presently amorims tactics dont work in the prem
it may work in portugals top league where the records clearly show he was successful
but it clearly isnt working here in the prem
has he got a plan b?

Time will tell... I have serious reservations about him as a manager but it's clear he didn't have the players to play his way last season.
Give him a Gykores type striker to go with Mbeumo and Cunha and I think we'd see a very different Man UTD to last season when it comes to attacking threat.
Man Utd have done well to get Mbeumo and Cunha, even though they have declined in the last 10 years and even more so this past season with all their issues, they are still seen as a very attractive club to join given their history especially in the Premier League era
