Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall
Re: Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall
What did they pay for him?
Solid player, will be fine. Not got pace though, could do with that in the middle too.

Re: Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall
My feelings on this one are fairly price dependent. For around 20 mil I'd be happy with it, for 30 much less so.
They had quoted West Ham 30 earlier, so I'm a bit wary they'll want to try and get their money back or close to it. Seeing how much they've got for some of their ex-players, they don't often give out bargains.

That's where I'm at. 20m and he's a good signing. There have been reports they want a profit though which would be ridiculous
All about the price
Re: Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall
Still a good signing if he's £30m imo because he is a sure thing and you know the player you're go to get, but it should be around £20m. The market is currently mad though.
James Ward-Prowse cost West Ham £30m a couple of years ago and they're probably similar level players (except where JWP can take free-kicks, KDH has the ability to run)

Don't buy it. Looks to be behind the striker whenever he actually has the ball. Cant imagine he'll be in the double pivot for us?Shogun wrote: ↑Mon Aug 04, 2025 12:07 pm Yes? https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/kiernan ... ler/475188

So average attacking numbers Vs midfielders for a player who plays essentially as a forward.
I'm not having him at all, champo player.

Re: Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall
I do worry he might be a bit of a more attacking version of garner. I do think he's better, and probably a more rounded midfielder than anyone we have, but we need more than that.brap2 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 04, 2025 12:48 pm Don't buy it. Re: Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall
I think he’s going to surprise some of the skeptics. He plays quickly, he moves the ball forward effectively, he can run with the ball, and he’s fairly combative for someone whose main virtue is ball progression.
Don’t like the price if we’re anywhere near giving Chelsea money back but I do like the player.
