My absolute lack of sophistication meant I needed to google to ascertain whether this was a drink or a pudding. In fairness, I got well into my 20s before realising Rose wine wasn't red and white mixed.

Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
Not specific to BMD but I've no idea how some people sit in these lower parts of the stadium each week. Sound for moments I guess but I was behind the goal for the Spurs match in the Lower North to the extent the goal's net and crossbar were obstructive views and you're just trying to guess and react to what's happening at the other end of the pitch. Obviously you can see but it's that far away...
I've decided that If I can't obviously make out the formation of the team from where I'm sitting then it's not for me.
Purely from a view perspective, my ranking so far:
1) Brighton - North West Upper (A few rows from the 'front')
2) Aston Villa - South West Upper (A few rows from the 'front')
3) West Ham - South Upper (Steep)
4) Crystal Palace - South East Lower
5) Tottenham - North Lower (A few rows from the front)
6) Mansfield - East Lower on Halfway line (A few rows from the front) - Just a bunch of legs running around

It's a general rule of thumb that the older you get the further away you want to sit.
As a kid, the blood and thunder of the game, being close to your heroes, getting on telly - this is what you go the match for.
As you get older, you want to see more of the game, not the players themselves

Is this just a brag about how lucky you've been in the ballot?Shogun wrote: ↑Tue Oct 28, 2025 12:07 pm Not specific to BMD but I've no idea how some people sit in these lower parts of the stadium each week.
