As a manager you can't be so tactically inept during games.

It's insane that he thinks putting McNeil on is a good decision!! It's absolutely baffling

It's horrendous tactics to put beto on.

It's horrendous tactics to keep garner and kdh on the pitch.

The players are shit too but some of them shouldn't even be on the pitch.

Rohl on the bench, Dibling on the bench.

Alcaraz given 10 mins. Pathetic
Remember when we didn't have any options from the bench and other teams were bringing on 4 players at once and completely changing the game?

Now we have Dibling, Rohl, Alcaraz and instead he brings on fucking McNeil and gives Alcaraz 8 minutes... I'm not sure which is / was more frustrating. Probably the latter tbh.

I can't defend all his decisions, I agree on the McNeil choice was odd but I don't know maybe he's been doing better in training. I would've given Dibling a chance though.

However, we started well and clearly should've been 2 up and cruising. So Moyes set us up ok. Sunderland were on the ropes then. He's not kicking the ball though and was honestly let down by the player's choices/finishing.

I don't know what choice he had but to put Beto on? We only have him or Barry and we saw what happened with Barry and he was on a yellow. With Ndiaye going off who is clearly our best player we didn't even have the option to move him centrally or something like that. I doubt if Moyes felt he had another option he would've played Beto then honestly, he doesn't exactly seem a huge fan.

Alcaraz maybe should've got more time sure, but he had a glorious chance and made a mess of it too...

Overall I don't know, when I see mistakes like that even when some subs were odd I have a hard time blaming the manager too much. The balance of mistakes was more on the players tonight for me.

Crazy that you'd think a draw at a promoted team is acceptable

I can't think of any other PL team who panic in possession as much as we do, then sit back to invite pressure off the ball, and yet it's been that way for years and years. There's a deep-seated losing mentality that has to be eradicated asap.
They're mentally as weak as piss.
I said after the west ham game they've got a losers mentality.
It was the same as tonight, totally dominant and leading, don't score the second goal and it all turns to shit.
You absolutely knew that when Barry somehow put the ball over the bar instead of scoring the game would change.
Totally on top to useless in a heartbeat.
Some of them players need a good look at themselves, and so does moyes.
He needs to shake it up because this isn't working and we are sliding down the league.
The McNeil sub was bizarre, what the hell was he thinking

Crazy that you think that's the only thing that dictates the type of result we should expect.

I mean, it is for a club like us.

We’ve lost to newly promoted teams and had good seasons.

I think you have to look at the promoted teams this year and take that into account. They are 4th after all, so really most would've had them beating us at their place given their form.

They've played well so far this year, but I thought some credit to us at the start that we made them look very average/poor.

Can't be bothered watching another match of KDH doing nothing in the number 10, JOB and Mykolenko offering nothing from the fullback areas and Beto/Barry waiting to be subbed off for the other.
