Ok, he may be a bit of a crock.
That means you have to use him as much as you can whilst he is available.

Re: Merlin Röhl
I liked the look of him when he came on against Spurs. Looks comfortable on the ball and confident, good at receiving the ball on the half turn and adventurous enough to join attacks
I’d get Coleman right back, Garner left, Tarks and Keane centre back obvs
Gana and Rohl centre mid, Grealish left, Ndiaye right, Alcaraz supporting Barry up top
Dibling as first sub to come on either central or right

Re: Merlin Röhl
Haven't seen anything so far that stands out. Has got caught on the ball quite a few times in his cameos but give him the benefit of the doubt and say he hasn't had enough minutes to realise you don't get that much time in this league. Other than that he's been injured or not used. Fingers crossed he gets some minutes now we have to plan on losing Gana and Ndiaye to the Afcon and getting a new midfield dynamic bedded in.
Re: Merlin Röhl
I actually think hes an exciting player with lots of potential. Big, strong, a turn of pace and looks like he can pick a pass too.Bumble wrote: ↑Wed Nov 12, 2025 12:54 pm Haven't seen anything so far that stands out. Rohl, Dibling and Armstrong all exciting prospects.
