Re: Big Sam.
Well for starters 1 of those matches in the image is a 4-0 win over West Ham that he takes credit for even though he wasn't manager
Re: Big Sam.
Loathe that man. Can't stand that advert with three of them in thats on TV at the minute, he brags about being an England manager. Remind me how that went?

I hate how outsiders see it. Thinking he done great for us, kept us up and we are very ungrateful.

Re: Big Sam.
That appointment just months after we burnt so much money on players including Sigurdsson, only to find ourselves around the relegation zone with Cuco Martina and Jonjoe Kenny as our emergency main fullbacks…
That was the point where it clicked for me that the Moshiri regime had absolutely no clue what it was doing or a clear strategy of moving forward.

Re: Big Sam.
The worst part was Moshiri letting him spend almost 60m on Tosun and Walcott when he knew full well he was getting rid of him in the summer.

Came to say this. This was the sort of business that led to our broke, begging for scraps period under Benitez, Lampard, and Dyche.Bluenose91 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 19, 2025 8:22 am The worst part was Moshiri letting him spend almost 60m on Tosun and Walcott when he knew full well he was getting rid of him in the summer.
Walcott was only marginally better than Lennon, who we already had.
Tosun was good technically and in front of goal but was simply too slow and weak to make it count. He also held back Dom’s development (perfect battering ram for a long ball merchant).
