Are long throws something you can develop with specific gym work and coaching?

Don't be moaning Moysie you put him in and presumably told him to take corners from that side.

Re: Everton v Arsenal
In my experience you can either do it or you can't, one lad I used to play with could throw it about 50 yards from the age of 13-14.
I was always terribly limp.

There’s definitely something available for us here if we push them, their confidence looks a bit shakey

Is his full name Garnerbactu? Because every time I hear his name on the commentary they say “Garnerbactu Tarkowski” or “Garnerbactu the keeper”

It just feels like with the analytics available now and how you can train a golf swing that training someone to be able to do long throws[With the current trend in favour of them] should be within reach, but no one seems to do it?Lazarou II wrote: ↑Sat Dec 20, 2025 8:16 pm In my experience you can either do it or you can't, one lad I used to play with could throw it about 50 yards from the age of 13-14.

Feel sorry for Jack. The only other player that’s remotely comfortable on the ball is Garner who’s playing 20 yards behind him. Not a single baller in front or around him.
