Merlin Röhl
Re: Merlin Röhl
Anything from £17m to £22m has been mentioned, with all add ons. If he proves a solid addition then a midfield trio of Garner, Rohl and Tim for a combined £25-£30m then it's not bad for Premier League levels of value.

Re: Merlin Röhl
This season has seen a really positive shift in our central midfield area.
Garner has become a fantastic player and starting to look like a leader in the middle. Tim has massively improved his game and could become a really decent squad player at least for us. Merlin has only just started but it all seems extremely positive. Young Harrison Armstrong is only 18 but looks set for a career at the highest level.
And then Gana is just Gana. One more year?

Genuinely can’t remember the last time we had so many midfielders without glaring physical weaknesses.Gary1878 wrote:This season has seen a really positive shift in our central midfield area.

So many years of weak or slow players in there just getting bullied and outcompeted and we’ve not seen it this season.
We can still be passed around as they’re not the best technically but they’re young and technique can be taught, it’s not like pace/power
