Re: January Transfer Window
Moyes should change priority from signing a right back to signing a left back. Yes, Patterson is one of the weakest right backs in the league but he is far better than Mykolenko.

Re: January Transfer Window
I would say I don't think some of the Wolves players are as bad as their points tally has shown. But if we're looking at Wolves full backs, I was wondering if Tchatchoua could step up in a better side. Not that we're linked but would add some actual pace, decent height for a Moyes full back too.

Re: January Transfer Window
Said all along left back is the priority and it’s something we should be actively pursuing.
Patterson has done nothing wrong so far to suggest he at least isn’t decent enough to play for the rest of the season.

Re: January Transfer Window
I’m not sure on PSR Tim’s injury situation but if he comes back soon then probably worth getting Armstrong back on loan especially with Garner doing well, Alcaraz and KDH back from injury, Gana back from AFCON and Rohl an option too.

Re: January Transfer Window
Probably yes, but think the bar feels a tad low on Patterson. Doing ok, not looking out of place defensively which is good to see after some wobbles back there, but disappointing going forward still I would say. When you're at home that's what you notice a bit more.
Re: January Transfer Window
Yep, after today and with players coming back, Armstrong will be back out on loan.

Re: January Transfer Window
Moyes said after his press conference we'll find out in a day or two if we're likely to do anything. Assuming they have one or two irons in the fire.
Re: January Transfer Window
That and when you're playing with the AWOL and / or immobile McNeil on your side tbf. He had no support whatsoever from him 1st half.blueToffee wrote: ↑Mon Jan 26, 2026 10:28 pm Probably yes, but think the bar feels a tad low on Patterson. Re: January Transfer Window
It has got to the point were you see the team actively not pass it out to Mykolenko because it will just come back.
Re: January Transfer Window
And the opposition purposely leaving him in acres of space then pressing when he receives it.
