Spend money to try and survive even with a deduction. We can't do that as we have no money. Won't matter what they spend this season with the new rules.

Yeah it would seem so. Plus their cheating is practically irreversible now. It's as if both us and City have been popped for steroids but everton will come back from their ban as a fat quadriplegic while City will come back from theirs as a 10ft tall 400lb giant who can run the 100 in 5 seconds. City will benefit from their cheating forever now. Their books now balance because of the years of pretending they did
