Yeah it makes no sense. A foul is still a foul even if its a complete accident. Not sure why they think the defender should gain a massive advantage for slipping and taking someone out

It feels like rather than just make a decision they are trying to tell a story to go with it so end up with excuses/reasons not to give the obvious. Our penalty last week and now west hams this are 2 outlandish decisions. Seems like they are rewriting the rule book in real time

The problem is they show the videos and youve literally no clue what they are going to give. Id of made them 2 penalties absolute certainties. You cant convince me otherwise. Then even now theyll go to the panel and 2 of the 5 will probably say they were right and 4 of the 5 will say it wasn't clear and obvious anyway. It feels mental
