To be honest I'm a bit surprised he's wasn't mentioned much during our first world cup game.

Tim Cahill is his hero too...

Have watched him pretty regularly in the ALeague before he left for Bayern - he'd get bums off seats - a couple here from when he was 15... he's maybe a bit of a highlight reel player.

He looks absolutely incredible! The power in his shots is something quite remarkable.

Him and George on opposing flanks could potentially be something very special down the line.

I'm fully onboard!

Yeah I also was thinking him and George in the last 20 against tired legs would be quite good. Bit of KDH or Hackney to link them up on a break....

Loved his goal and celly in the WC, but have never really seen people raving about him?

We go a little under the radar down here.

There's not a real good pathway between performing well locally and getting a solid European move unless the family of a high potential 14yo is able and willing to 'up sticks' and move to Europe on a hope, and/or have a lot of financial support.

Didn't go much on his Michael Jackson celebration in the pre-Cup friendlies, but his Archie Thompson (Cahill) tribute was pretty good.

Had Jordy Bos not done his knee at the WC, I'd have been all over picking him up. He's Everton all over.

Is he the African 20 like Bakayoko?
Former teammate of Aznou.
20? Fuck me. Did he have a paper round along the Gaza strip? He's a hairy arse 20 him.

I thought the Jackson celebration was quite cool.

Don't think that's confirmed yet..? Seemingly the most likely though.

I don't really see any reliable sources linking him to us either mind you.

Not the most exciting signing at twenty seven years old but given he can play all across the forward line selling McNeil and replacing with him would be good business IMO

Watched him a bit during the wc, brilliant goal but was very poor overall in other matches. Him doing Cahill celebration caught my eye but his ball touch, control and passing was below average for me. Deceptively quick though, so he got that going for him.

Most of the problem there was that he was played out of position as the target man in the latter games which definitely isn't him, and to do the donkey work of pressing and chasing lost causes (sound familiar). A bit demoralising as we had two target men on the bench to compete aerially against big centre backs.

He's explosive and is best played wide but not the stamina or the mentality to run all day doing that. He's not that good off the ball, and switches on when he has it at his feet.
