You need to be a big boy in the prem though. Big powerful boys needed on that midfield now imo.

Good awareness and movement, can ping it around, is pretty snappy and can set the tempo.
When he gets more used to what his team-mates can and can't do, and what they will do in certain situations, it'll look even better.
Really good signing on first viewing.
