Isn't it an initial 25% though, with steps in the contract to increase it? They're also taking over responsibility for football operations, so it's not like they're a silent partner.

777 or administration, I guess. Lesser of the evils.

Suggests shaky ground, if something as fundamental as funding hasn't been proven yet.

No surprise though really is there?

More than enough evidence to suggest these guys are even more bent and crooked than the last lot.

This could be the last nail in the coffin. With their previous issues with finance/debts, how can they be approved?

obviously don't want them but worried how we keep going as a club if they don't take over, when we are currently running on their dodgy loans.

I can't remember where it was said, but I'm sure it was said that Moshiri would continue to fund the club (to keep the lights on, rather than investing) in the event that the takeover doesn't go through.

I think that makes sense because it doesn't make sense for the club to go bust from Moshiri's POV when he's looking to sell.

We should be protesting this at the ground now.

I feel like everything is focused on the premier league but this will have massive repercussions for us if approved.

This or administration?

We’ll be going into administration with these jokers anyway.

This is the only part of the article that gives me any encouragement.
Josimar has been told by more than one source close to the process that the league will not allow any takeover of the club which saddles it with even more debt. And we understand there is a rival bidder preparing an offer which would avoid doing this altogether.
