If we're aiming for free kicks on the halfway line to buy us some breathing space then great. Count me out.
I didnt say this was a preference of play. Just an alternative. Calm down dear.

Be curious to know if N'diaye rejected new contracts before or after Grealish arrived on x10 his salary. At the moment, we have N'diaye on the left, who is probably our best player and a young exciting, quick, England U21 international as his understudy. I can't see how we spend 25 million on a year loan and wages, when any scouting team worth it's salt could find a good enough, young RB somewhere in the world for that.

His brilliance is holding the ball under just about any pressure and releasing the players around him.

He also puts a colossal shift in at both ends without it.

Speaks volumes that, in a treble-winning City side full of brilliant technical players, he was the man they’d pass to when they needed a breather because he could always be relied upon to hold the ball or win a foul.

Of course, when one of your options to release is Mykolenko, maybe it does dull your utility a bit. Think he’d be brilliant in front of a rabid Aznou. Maybe next summer when his contract expires and Moyes leaves for someone who might actually start the attacking option at LB.
Plus having one side pacy and one side patient can often put their back line in a diagonal, creating onside space in behind for midfield runners.

Doku injured, savio and marmoush leaving.

This isn’t happening at the moment.

Spurs midfield and attacking options are going to be unreal if they get both of them.

Assuming the Ricky rumours will ramp up and wouldn't be surprised to see Kudos linked at some stage - although unsure if he's back from injury yet?

Could City possibly target Ndiaye to replace one of them? Opening the door for Grealish and us signing one of these young wingers/forward players we are being linked with?

I think they will go after N'diaye. Also wouldn't be shocked if they hijacked Liverpools chase of Barcola.

Also read they want Neto.

I don't see Ndiaye as being an option in all honesty. Why would City sell players like Grealish then sign someone that's not as good?
Ndiaye is a talented player, but I don't think he's anywhere near the level they'd be looking at

Great Q.

I think I’d rather the extra £20m?

I wouldnt pay a single pound for grealish. Be horrifed if we pay 25m plus for him given his wages and his recent injury
