So if this goes to tits, as expected, and we don’t have another buyer get any further forward, will this affect our ability to meet PSR?
And
Is that likely to be taken into consideration?
The issue is debts and loans. We're massively in the hole and taking on more and more payday loans to keep the lights on and keep paying Andre Gomes and Dele Alli a well-deserved £100k a week.
Moshiri hasn't put his own hand in his pocket and created shareholder debt like he's done in the past, he's gone to payday loan vendors at high rates which for me is a fairly clear signal he's skint or not sinking anymore good money after bad.
A new owner is going to need to consolidate that debt and stop the haemorrhaging of interest fees. Someone more literate in this stuff should be able to explain more!

So no one actually knows whats in the letter though ? and good journalism isn't just assuming something based on newspaper reports elsewhere..
and what exactly can worrying do about it ?
HONESTLY I DO GET IT...been a blue for 60 years...but worrying about something that i cannot influence or may not even happen is.....well y'know
You could apply that to everything?
Why worry about the team selection, we can't influence it.
Why worry about the fact we can't score a goal, there's nothing we can do it about it.
Half the posts on here are now irrelevant infact, because our view changes nothing. So why bother even thinking about it?

Everton's prospective owners have been told to prove access to more than £400m.
The Premier League's demands are so substantial that 777 will be unlikely to meet them
There are other potential buyers in the wings – including a US investor, with the funds, management experience and a track record with US sports franchises and European football. And administration is not the end.
From Patty Boyland’s article on the Athletic earlier about the takeover.
With all of 777’s troubles, I cannot see a way they can fulfill all of the PL requirements they are asking for. I think the PL knows that, so giving them a list of requirements is showing they are giving them a chance while simultaneously knowing 777 has already dug their own grave.
Image won’t post so the requirements are as follows:
-Turning their loans to the club, totalling in excess of £150million ($190m), into equity
-Repayment of a club loan of a similar amount to fellow U.S. group MSP Sport Capital by the end of April
-Proof of funding for the remainder of Everton’s new stadium project, in accordance with the agreement they struck with Moshiri in September
-Funds placed in an escrow account to keep the club going for the remainder of the season
I think the saying “bitten off more than you can chew” applies to this deal.
They clearly see the huge upside in buying us but just don’t have the resources to make it happen.
They are likely leveraged up to the eyeballs, and have other cash hungry assets that takes up a lot of liquidity.
We all know it shouldn’t be this complicated or take this long. I hope they can get a deal over the line just for the sake of some clarity. Perhaps they will look to sell one or two other clubs to fund this purchase.
