Didn't realise he's been capped 31 times for England.

Thought he'd only won a hand full.

It's a risk like innit but imagine if we got the Kalvin Phillips when he was at Leeds.

What you would pay on a loan free and wages for the year you could and should be with a good DOF be looking for some one to sign for that sort of money

If he was coming to us for 0 loan fee and half his wages it would be at the end of the window after he is offered to all other club that would pay a loan fee and full wages

Cant see this one at all

That sort of thing wouldn’t go down well with us.

Actually feels like one dyche would be interested in to me. English, prem experience, powerful.

Someone on twitter has made the food point that he was very good under a very specific system at bielsas Leeds, and nowhere else has been like that, especially not us, so he's unlikely to be the same player.

I'd be happy with this. Lost his way at City and joining West Ham mid-season having hardly played for 18 months was a big ask.

Grew up a Leeds lad, so to leave there and lose his England place would take its toll, besides anything else he may have going on. Get Harrison in again (on the cheap, hopefully) and he'd have an ally.

I'd be all over it - get him Dyche fit in pre-season and he could be great for us.

But what's the point of spending 10m plus on a loan.

Nobody knows what the terms of this will be yet.

I’d be surprised if we take on a deal similar to West Ham’s one.

I think if the deal was favourable and we got him fit during a Dyche pre-season then he'd be a quality asset.

All depends on the deal though, and we'd need to be confident that he'd find his Leeds form again.

A few harsh sessions with Woany and Stoney on the training pitch and they'll have him back to his best.

It's being reported on Radio 5, which suggests it's more than just your average link?

Get him fit, get him in a system and he'd be great.

Also, I like him more because he gave Wham fans the finger.

What have George Michael and Andrew Ridgley done to him?
