Are Slovenia sure they’re through?

Surely that’s unfair on the teams that play before them if Slovenia can just play like that knowing a draw gets them through?

Well after their defiant interviews in the media after mild criticism, they all really let their football do the talking and showed us didn't they?

Ironically the most vocal, Kane and Rice, were two of our worst players.

I hope they pipe the fuck down now.

Yeah despite what the clueless commentators say, they’re definitely through, Croatia came 3rd with 2 points, Hungary came 3rd also with 3 points but -3 GD so Slovenia are guaranteed

I think they should just up it to 32 teams now.

Remember when we were all excited about coming in to this tournament with such incredible fire power and attacking talent?

And we've managed... 2 goals in 3 games against vastly inferior opposition 😠😠😠

At least I'll miss most of the next match as my kid is in a golf tournament that starts at 3:30pm on Sunday.

All that remains is for CZ to beat Turkey, and simultaneously knock Hungary out.

Tried TAA - didn't work
Persisted with TAA - didn't work
Tried Gallagher - didn't work
Tried Gallagher again anyway for the lolz - didn't work
Tried Mainoo - worked or at least was better

We've just played our last group fixture and we're now possibly seeing something that might be ok. How can we be at this stage of a competition and the manager still fumbling around to find a midfielder that can pass a ball properly?

It's maddening but hopefully this is the solution as we can't keep chopping and changing hoping something works.

----------------Pickford
------Walker Stones Guehi
TAA--------------------------------Saka

-----Rice Mainoo Bellingham

--------------Foden
-------------------Kane
I've changed to to how I think it'd need to be to work with Saka on the left, as he's not going to work in a back 4.

These last three England games have given me Dyche/Allardyce vibes.
