Makes things happen. Star power. I'm v keen.

Maaaaaybe would prefer Summerville but Willy G makes it happen, this cannot be denied.

Summerville would probably cost twice as much and be competing against much better teams for him tbf

Only 3 at lw, with no goal involvements.
Yeah thought so. I only vaguely recall because I can’t stand Leeds and was actively rooting against them in each match and got annoyed when this kid did anything decent.

Bloody hell he’s only 20.

He’s been around for ages it seems.

£22m could be a steal. Has potential to go way beyond our level.

After watching Jack Harrison for a season then I'm not going to moan about this one

He also offers us something different on the wings.

He's a completely different type and style of winger than Harrison and Mcneil.

I think he'll have a little bit of Richy about him. Drive with the ball, win a free kick, get a shot off, cause trouble, sometimes fade but generally be a dangerous player.

Really nice change of pace to what we have.

He has that lovely low centre of gravity that I love about certain players.

Defensive work looks solid for a winger as per FBRef.

The philosophy has been there. Young wingers who play on the right, decent attacking output, demonstrated ability to put in a shift without the ball, tested at a decent level (preferably the Championship).

Seems like we tried to save a bit of money by pursuing other options first. Would make sense if we’re looking into Gnonto now, hope it goes through. We really need this player to balance the attack. Harrison’s fine for rotation on both wings but not starting quality.

It's encouraging that we're approaching players with broadly similar profiles that have been identified for specific roles in the team that we need, even if we miss out on the first/second player on the list. It seems less scattergun than in the past.
