It did work out though so was a good calculated risk in the end. It’s nearly impossible these days to find a really promising player that no-ones heard of so we had to pay what we did to get him

Schneiderlain if I remember, first 6 months wasn't THAT bad, before he downed tools.

Right though, we haven't replaced Barry, hope the next CM bought in is someone or somewhat of the mold of him.

Made Gueye go up a few levels too.

Both. Didn't work out for us on the pitch, worked out very well financially.
