Good signing. Room to grow, very young for a CB. Even if he just ends up being a below average PL CB he'll be worth the money in the long run.

I assume we will either sell Keane so we can get more money in the door or Holgate goes on loan again.

Need a 4th CB so can't see both of them leaving.

Please fuck Holgate off. I think we should try Keane further up the pitch... he's got a pass and a shot, good in the air... even if only tried in pre season

If we add this lad, Tchatchoua, and Big Willy Gnonto I’d be well excited

Honestly this is one that I wanted but thought we wouldn't do, he would go to Bournemouth and be like Baresi.

Made up.

Just googled him and at first he’s a right back, but then other searches suggest forward, I’m going with right back as that’s where transfermarkt has him.

He looks proper defensive from the clips I’ve seen, no nonsense, likes a tackle.

We are doing some great business so far. I know there's shit going on in the background that's depressing, but there's no reason not to be a wee bit excited about us performing to a good level this season

And he has the turning circle of an ocean liner. He'd be a disaster in midfield, where your head needs to be on a swivel and you have to play 360.

We won’t be playing 352. If we do then I’d like another two centre halves brought in.
It’ll be back four by default but a back three becomes a slightly better option. It’s not something Dyche has outright refused to experiment with even though it’s clearly not his preference.

Having three big set piece targets can be useful in certain matches.

Really happy with this signing. Feel like great forward planning for once, even though he's probably good enough to start immediately.

This is excellent business and another Paddy to hang my hopes on, love it. Are we building for the future, do we have an actual plan, what madness is this?
