I'd say a fully fit and playing regularly Smith-Rowe is probably worth about £35m so they've definitely over paid.

If they can get him fit though he'd be a great asset as he's clearly a talented player.

That's a bit better, but if it was us I'd be worried. But I suppose I can't put our mistakes over paying for rehabilitation projects and financial precariousness on other clubs who may actually have done more checks on the players involved.
