We’re signing Astrid Wett?777Kidnappings wrote: ↑Sun Aug 18, 2024 10:19 am Maybe we could get everyone in who hasn't been fit for 18 months so we've got first dibs.

Re: Dele
It was said a few weeks back we'd agreed a deal of us paying nothing but with a huge sell on % should we ever sell him for a fee.777Kidnappings wrote: ↑Fri Aug 23, 2024 2:32 pm Restructured deal?? So spurs are still in line for something
Nothing for anyone to get concerned about.
Re: Dele
Who knows if he has any of it left in him but he’d be immensely valuable in the role he played in the Palace comeback.
That is, as one of the two deeper midfielders who can actually hold onto the ball for a few seconds so attacking players can get properly forward.

Re: Dele
He is finished lads seriously he is 18 months into trying to get back to fitness and still not ready we can’t be giving out contracts to players based on hope when there are areas of our squad that are in desperate need for additions

Re: Dele
I'm very sceptical. Was in favour of him proving himself preseason as a last chance but we've had preseason started the actual season and he's still not fit
The injuries/injury itself seems a bit suspicious. He seems to have had the same injury that was meant to keep him out for a few months for 18 months now. Never really an explanation as to why he's on grass then off grass again and again but never playing a minute. Given his major problem has been mental rather than physical you wonder if maybe it's been a combination of the 2
Given whats gone on his wages have to be tiny for it to be worth the risk. Maybe 20k a week. He's probably not worth even that really.

Re: Dele
He's got that Gazza and Ginola vibe to him... Great once but coming to us too late. Hope not, but how unfit was he?
