Transfer Deadline Day
Re: Transfer Deadline Day
Dom isn't arsed. Beto isn't good. Maupay has gone. Chermiti is crocked longer than anybody is letting on.

Re: Transfer Deadline Day
maybe the plan is to get him up to proper fitness and he’ll be our marquee signing to replace DCL as we enter BMD. Yip-fucking-ee.

Re: Transfer Deadline Day
Wow. Can't complain about that. Interested to see how he gets on, it seems like he's had a hard time getting going after his injury kept him out for so long. At Southampton he looked like he was a solid player hopefully he can get back to those levels.
Shame we didn't get the winger, as supply to the strikers is still an issue, or the RB but two additions is probably pretty good considering we were so heavily reliant on the loan market.
Re: Transfer Deadline Day
Seems like a decent low risk piece of business, if he doesn’t work out no big deal and nothing else creates a little but more competition for places.

Re: Transfer Deadline Day
Chelsea striker Armando Broja looked set to join Ipswich Town earlier this week, but a medical showed the Albania international currently has an injury problem.
But that has not stopped Everton signing the 23-year-old on a loan spell for the rest of the campaign.
Broja is currently sidelined with a foot injury and will immediately link up with Everton's medical team to complete his rehabilitation.

Hmm, didn't read the earlier tweets and him being injured again. Nothing super specific about when he'd be back playing either. Boy, he's had some bad time with injuries since he went back to Chelsea from his previous loan at Southampton. A loan is fine, but for a club like us who need reliability more than those with larger squads, it's hard to think it'd be a good idea to be spending big money down the line on someone with a track record like this.

The classic panic not buy loan option injured redemption signing.
An Everton tale as old as time.

On a free, and seems like Chelsea are paying his wage. Meh, can't complain about that.
