Really chuffed for him, fans singing his name too. That'll do him a world of good.

I literally just turned on the game on Prime where we made all those passes which ended up with him scoring.

Delighted for him

Clearly he needed one to go in, should give him a lot of confidence.

Loved how he celebrated the second goal too, he looked happier than Doucoure who got the goal.

He runs on heart, just got to help him adapt to the league. Hope it's first of many, muscling tiring defenders.

Asked this in the match thread.

But seriously, how many passes was that for his goal, seemed like loads.

Anyone confirm?

Just watched it back and got the same. 29 passes over 72 seconds when Beto took possession.

Apart from the win, Betos goal was the highlight of that match for me.

Thought he was going to fall over at first but managed to get his shot away still and was a tidy finish.

Great to see him score... I can't even remember the move, need to watch it back. Was too in shock that we'd got a third to register what happened in the build up.

Ratio of Goodison "ole's" to passes?
I'm looking for at least a 93% return.

Thrilled for him. He's definitely got enough pace to stay in front of someone once he gets into his stride, and then his body strength should do the rest.

Composed finish as well.

It's lovely when someone comes in, really wants to impress and they get some joy.
