I do think it is handball but just talking about the rules of VAR where it would count as a goal because he wasn't the one who put it in the net.

In terms of the title race, of course I can see why people are writing City off lately, but if they get KDB, Stones and Rodri back in the team and all stay fit for most of the season, there's no doubt they'll be in the mix.

There's so much still to happen, to be talking with any seriousness about the title.
