To be fair, actual football on a pitch is infinitely more important than who now owns a club.Evertonian418 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 19, 2024 10:17 am Just watched the news on biased Sky and the item after our takeover news was about Liverpool last night. The presenters spent more time taking about their game last night!

At Premier League headquarters right now, Richard Masters will be locked away in a dark room, plotting how he can dampen some of the new found positivity at Everton!
Joking aside, I guess we should be grateful that they blocked 777’s attempts to buy us, despite Moshiri’s best efforts.

I suppose the test of that will come when Liverpool change owners.

I'm surprised they haven't demanded a meeting with them at their earliest convenience!

Just think, if it wasn't for the action (or inaction) of the PL, we'd have been sold to a Ponzi Scheme!

If Dyche is "sacked in the morning" after TFG watches the Chelsea match...it would indeed happen on Festivus.

Nows the time. After 8 years of skirting with disaster nows the moment to gamble our premier league status on a new manager. What could go wrong

The defense seems to be getting it together. If we defend as well as we have lately, enough points will pile up to keep us safe.
Yes, we are horrible in attack and brutal to watch in general but I hope new ownership works slowly. They have a perfect opportunity to start planning for a transition into what they want this summer when Dyche’s contract expires.
