Sacking him today? No.

Having a replacement lined up and moving relatively quickly to replace him. Yes.

I don’t think it would be for vanity at all.

I think our level has been so low this season a new manager with fresh ideas would be a good thing.

No I'm going on like what you're saying isn't true. That there's not a big chance we'll be in the bottom 3 in 2 games times. We are far from safe. I'm just not sure why you think a club that's been run how we've been run and spent what we've spent in these last few seasons should be safe

Again you've defended the dof because he's made us competitive in our battle against relegation but are criticising the manager because we are competitive in our battle against relegation.

Whatever mate. Not going over old ground again.

It’s beyond pointless having this debate with you as it always turns into please don’t say mean things about dyche what about his mate he is a nasty man.

You can say as mean things as you want about him. I'm just not sure why you're openly judging them by different standards.

We are competitive at avoiding relegation or sack because we aren't completely safe. They don't really both together.

I don’t think I’am but ok.

You’re derailing the discussion from the original point.

what im saying is that if we did change our manager now it increases a risk of it going tits up
whereas
now i would say the risk is far less

Would it be fair on dyche or the fans knowing he is letting
the boot in the summer anyway hard to plan anything if you have a coach for the next 6 months while actively looking for a replacement I’m sure dyche will be professional about his work but I would favour a change now

I'm guessing there are 6 figure sums involved which would keep Dyche extremely incentivised until the end of his contract.Honestly can't make my mind up whether to stick or twist or this one. Not knowing what the twist option is leans me towards sticking.

However many millions it takes to sack Dyche and his team will reduce the already meagre amount that we are able to spend on players in January. He’s not taking us down so stick with it until the end of season.

He gets paid all those 6-figure sums whether he stays or we sack him.

They just incentivise him not to hand his notice in

You think there's an idea in his head that he could get a new contract here?

I haven’t seen his contract so no idea if he has a bonus structure, just guessing as it seems everyone in football has some form of bonus scheme.

It's going to be very important to dyches career to keep us in the league. It's probably the difference between another 3 to 4m a year in his next job (with a fat survival bonus) or his next job being in the championship

you would favour a change right now? wbich increases the risk of getting relegated if the manager does not get it right in a relegation dogfight
i wish i was as confident as you
