Lots of chat on the Leicester fan forum saying sack van nistelroy and get Dyche !

They got rid of Cooper because the players didn't like his personality or methods so despite how much they need to get rid of RVN I don't think Dyche is the answer for them.

They were doing ok under Cooper, looking ever increasingly like a very dumb idea to get rid of him.

Dyche isn't going near a job until at least the summer. He'll be enjoying break from the pressure after 3 relegation fights, stress of points deductions, and Patterson slapping him on the way out the door.

It would have been the same set up he usually opts for but we might have taken the points still. It’s hard to say. Easier after the fact. The 3 atb was a curve ball as well so might not be as effective against teams who are expecting it. Plus new manager bounce.

Also, judging by the finish to the game, we only have 11 players who can play that system so one injury and it’s back to the usual.

Something occurred to me earlier about the whole Dyche tenure, and how even though it was pretty unanimous by the end that he had to go there still seems to be this weird pro Dyche Vs Dyche was shit argument being made.

For example former pro Dyche person comments on something that's not really about Dyche and anti Dyche member immediately brings it back to Dyche and uses it to dismiss the point instead of writing any sort of opinion in response... 'ooh you love Dyche' kind of thing instead of making a counter argument or just disagreeing.

Yet when Lampard left the feeling was split still on here about sacking or giving more time... However I don't ever remember anyone using someone's former support of the manager as any way to dismiss someone's point

So why is that? Is it just the Dyche was always seen as beneath us and so it built up resentment over his time here and now people can let loose? Why does the constant referencing of Dyche happen but under Lampard and previous managers it didn't happen at all?

How long will we be referring to Dyche as a counter argument for? Is this forever now? Another 2 months, another 2 years?

Maybe it's time to just discuss things without everything coming back to Dyche? Just a thought like.
