If this test event is the only time that non ST holders can get tickets to a game then the club have massively fucked up.

Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
Glad to see the "we should have built to 60k" argument has been definitively put to bed here.

Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
I'm not saying that at all, because I don't think that non ST holders will struggle to get tickets haha
Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
Will be a lot easier for non season ticket holders to get a ticket.
They’ll be about 10k on general sale won’t there?

Sorry, hadn't seen you responded, was talking about brap and deano suggesting it wont be a sell out most weeks.Audrey Horne wrote: ↑Fri Mar 07, 2025 2:00 pm I'm not saying that at all, because I don't think that non ST holders will struggle to get tickets haha
I think, for the first season or two, the novelty will mean it will sell out for all but a few cup games.
I think that will keep the demand high (standard scarcity rules).
Anything approaching a modicum of success in that period (pushing for Europe, never mind actually winning anything) will keep gates high.
We'll see this time next year based on how many are still on the season ticket waiting list.

Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
Yeah, you won't have to worry about it selling out in 15 minutes.
With more season tickets, they'll be more resale too

It’s not the only time though is it.Audrey Horne wrote: ↑Fri Mar 07, 2025 12:47 pm If this test event is the only time that non ST holders can get tickets to a game then the club have massively fucked up.

Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
Apologies, I have no idea what you meant then
It’s a great opportunity for non ST holders who can’t get match tickets to at least experience the stadium.
Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
Did I say it would be the ONLY opportunity ? No ! end of.
Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
I'm not sure it will sell out. West Ham in a similar situation have an average attendance about 10k less than max capacity, maybe they sell out I don't know, just going off a Google.
Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
West Ham average 62k on a capacity of 68k and their stadium's shite as a football venue.
Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
We have like 30,000 on a waiting list and are adding like 3k more ST holders here. We're saying 10k on general sale to 27k left over? Granted not everyone will be wanting tickets every week that are on that list but 17k is a pretty solid buffer. Then you have any people who aren't on that list that will buy tickets.
Will sell out fine*
*Unless we become absolutely shit which is a feasible possibility.
