Wolves aren't as good as you think they are. They concede way too many goals and have had poor results against Palace and Brentford recently because of that whilst they were lucky for the point at Brighton.
I don't think I can convey just how bad a team Southampton are. I'm still pissed off we lost to them last week because they're so pathetic and I don't think they'll hit 20 points under Martin this season.
I don't really think Wolves are anything super special, they have their flaws like most down there. I just think they are better than their current position though.
I think they're better than Leicester. They're better than West Ham for me. I think they'll almost certainly be ahead of those two by the end of the year. That's my feeling on it anyhow...but we'll see.
What do you think about the relegation battle in general? Going to be close with a few teams or..?

Yeah, I disagree on Wolves. I think if you need to score 2 goals every match to get even a point (and I'm not including today because Southampton are an embarrassment) then you're going to be in trouble all season. It's the reason Leicester went down under Rodgers and why Leeds went down under Marsch. Teams that concede that many goals generally get relegated and I don't see that changing too much under O'Neil.
Southampton are going down. Ipswich will probably have a fight but go down. Leicester have a similar approach to us with worse players. I don't really understand Palace but 1 win in 11 matches can't be ignored, especially with a horror result like today. I'm pretty confident we'll be 15th and safe by April if Dyche sticks around.
My concern so far is that we've had an easy run and look where we are.
That being said, we have a tendency to get a win or two a season at home vs "big" clubs so it's possible we pick up some unexpected points in the upcoming run in December.
Do think it's unlikely we pull away though and that is always risky, bad run of injuries or form and you can get pulled into that bottom 3 and struggle to get out.

Feel calmer this season than the last few. We are shit, but there are worse clubs than us around.
I don’t feel calmer about it at all. Losing to Southampton last week and a 2 goal lead with minutes to go against Bournemouth proves we’re capable of losing to anyone. Not that I think Southampton will finish above us but the loss of points to teams like that keeps us closer to the third relegation spot.
I’m struggling to see an 18th place team we’re comfortably better than, at best I think it’s going to be really close come the end of the season.
We're going down and the shite will win the league
The new stadium move won't be spoken about much cos we will be in championship.
Goodisons last game and leaving an iconic ground won't be mentioned cos our friendly considerate sane deserving neighbours will win the league and the champions league so all the focus will be on them.

Liverpool will win the league, but not arsed. I was until they won it a few years ago, now it’s just whatevs.
Yeah I don't care. They really aren't playing the same game we are. They aren't our rivals
Wolves have sold Kilman who was excellent yesterday and Neto and haven’t replaced them with anyone as far as I can tell. They have been poor scorers for a good few seasons and relied heavily on defensive solidity. I’m not convinced they’ll pick up all that much but fixtures have gone against them.
Palace is an odd one. They’ve sold Anderson, Olise, and that twat Ayew but have seemingly bought well with Lacroix, Sarr, Nketiah, and Chalobah. It’s difficult to turn a lot of new players into a team but I think they’ll be fine.
Ipswich and Southampton look toast. No notes
Leicester have a few players with top flight experience and brought in Ayew but it all come down to Vardy’s fitness for me. If he’s out for a while then they’ll plummet because the back up is Edouard and he’s worse than Beto.
West Ham look dire but they’ve got enough quality to be fine and a new manager bounce will sort them out if anything.
We’ve had some really poor results but have been without star man Big Jarrad Branthwaite and he might have been the difference maker in lots of games were we lost by tight margins. Most likely another 6 points on the board maybe more. Keep him fit and I think we’ll be sound.
Leicester and Wolves fighting it out for the last spot atm for me
