Amazing how after all these years it's the same issues that we saw and even Wigan fans before us said would happen, keeping doing the same thing even though it isn't working etc.

I’d really like him to put one more high profile club failure on the CV just to completely smash his reputation.

Feels like he’s chosen jobs to hang on to whatever credibility he has left at the club level. But he’s also not taking any club jobs so you wonder what he’s doing it for. Probably his own ego.

Surprising in that he's just signed a new deal but if he hadn't he'd be gone anyway. Done well to finally get us back to major competitions but his record at those competitions is terrible.

That seems to be an argument people are trying to make for the world cup but we won the qualifying group so it's not the case.
