Yesterdays injury update not really helpful, 5 days after the event we are told that he “has a hamstring injury and will need to see a specialist, will be out for a number of weeks” I would have expected that he would have seen a specialist Monday or latest Tuesday unless we’re doing it on the NHS. The prognosis could massively impact the decisions we make in what’s remaining of the transfer window. Hopefully a bit more on time frame today.

Hes probably had a scan, needs to see a specialist to determine rehab or surgery. Probably needed to wait for swelling to subside.

I doubt the timescale is anything out of the ordinary.

I am sure he has had scans etc. Just because they havent outlined every detail to the fans, doesnt mean they are sat twiddling their thumbs.

Yeah very little to gain from giving him any minutes. Mind I could easily say the same about Beto too, it's not like we'll learn anything we don't already know there.

Time for Chermiti to get some game time as the season draws to a close so we can see if he's anywhere near ready or needs to go out on loan.

On a free, he could probably get a move to be the last 10 minutes throw on the big man striker at a good club. A worse prime Giroud for Arsenal of sorts.

Maybe that's a good outcome for him as injuries aren't completely behind him. I think if he wants to actually play regularly and for 70-80 mins each game, he's unlikely to get a better situation than he's at now. Maybe a sideways move, but not sure who that'd be.
