Anyone want to check that 'Uhy Hacker Young St James Building' isn't another bedsit?

This is actually the ideal takeover.
Actual business men.
Well, one can hope.
@Bluedylan1 hit the nail on the head, I just want us to be run efficiently and to be dragged into the 21st century.

I will never have anything but cynicism regarding any new takeover of this club after Moshiri.

Yep.
I’m embarrassed about how excited I was about Moshiri.

We all were. Times have changed. A rich owner now doesn’t mean what it used to. Need someone that knows how to run a business.

Think everyone is getting a bit ahead of themselves here.
I imagine the dell fella will just be lending money to the other dudes to complete the takeover and get the club running but that’s it.
I may be wrong but I doubt he’ll be putting much more into the club after that, but could be a good outlet for sponsorship.
Run us like a proper football club is all I ask. That’s all we need. The fanbase, the history of the club and the new ground will do the rest.

The contacts a billionaire of this guys proportion should greatly help when it comes to sponsorship of the stadium etc.
The Evertonian in me still finds this kind of deal too good to be true though. What’s the catch? There must be a catch.
