Re: Tickets
Bit shit this communication coming out after they take everyone's £60. Regardless of if you think it's all fair doos.
I thought I was paying into an early access window to buy tickets. Not an early access to enter a ballot to be given a random seat in one of two stands.
It might be the only way of coping with the demand, but that doesn't stop me feeling shafted.

If they did communicate it, would have you still paid £60 to get into the first ballot?NomadskiEFC wrote: ↑Mon Jul 28, 2025 2:39 pm Bit shit this communication coming out after they take everyone's £60. Regardless of if you think it's all fair doos.

I'm not sure. Ballot systems for tickets fucking suck.Deano Blue Boy wrote: ↑Mon Jul 28, 2025 2:44 pm If they did communicate it, would have you still paid £60 to get into the first ballot?
Might have been the prod that made me bow out for a few years until, maybe, interest waned a little in the new stadium.
Re: Tickets
I've held off for now with the membership, I'm really struggling to justify the cost of everything, I feel I'm reaching my tipping point. It doesn't help that it's an absolute twat to get to Liverpool from Devon whether driving or training it.
Re: Tickets
There's still a lot up in the air as far as tickets and demand goes. The memberships and ballots are all well and good but we've increased the capacity by 12k and it was only until the last few months of last season that is was difficult to get a ticket to the match.
The demand will be there for a few months but I wouldn't be surprised if the ballot goes away at some point. Otherwise you'll have been allocated a random seat and then it'll go on sale anyway where people will presumably get to pick their seats.

Re: Tickets
I'm just really really not liking the timing of how they've done this. Take money and THEN bring in a new system? Making my piss boil.

Re: Tickets
Yeah I'm hoping £1300 won't just disappear out of my bank account if I win the lottery here. Didn't see any prices, just £1 per stand choice....Audrey Horne wrote: ↑Mon Jul 28, 2025 10:50 am Yeah no idea how much seats are......
Just know i've had to pay £2 to choose a stand preference.

Re: Tickets
Is the £1 not a authorisation thing? I assume it'll get taken off the ticket price. Although not sure why it wasn't £0.01 like everywhere else.

I feel so lucky to have got a season ticket this season.NomadskiEFC wrote: ↑Mon Jul 28, 2025 2:46 pm I'm not sure. Ballot systems for tickets fucking suck.

If I never, I do think I would have got the 60 quid membership, I might have got the 35 one initially, but soon as I learned it was a ballot, I would have upgraded.
Now with the ballot, it takes out my ability to log on and fight for a ticket.
I also think now you'll get people just throwing their name in the hat to see if they'll get a ticket or not, and if they do, and can't go, just offer it to one of their mates.
Re: Tickets
Are you anywhere near the West Coutry blues pick up points in Taunton or Bristol ? Nice coach trip up to the match with a bunch of fellow blues !
Re: Tickets
Exeter based. Definitely going to come up on my own a couple of times this season, so I'll look into the coaches properly. I've always made my own way up in the past, but definitely time to look at other options.
I'm 40 this year and my Mum and Dad have asked me what I want and I went straight in with 3 nights in Liverpool and two tickets to BMD, with my wife. So I'll be up at least 3 times this year hopefully. I'm hoping they'll pay for my membership too!

Re: Tickets
Just noticed the pricing categories for different opponents - Brighton Category A so looking at between £63-75 for an adults ticket depending on what stand
