Nwaneri fine should be okay wages.
But Ben Shite would be coming in as the top earner in the team

The same Nwaneri they want £35m from Leipzig for?
He’ll have much better options than us anyway

Surely you can put your 2 brain cells together and realise i was just throwing numbers out to demonstrate the PSR aspect of it.Cereal Killer wrote: ↑Fri Aug 07, 2026 1:11 pm![]()

Even from the little game time yesterday I think there is no way we should be letting him go this season. He's a clear level above. In tenacity and quick thinking and skills alone.

It’s just a shame he’s surrounded by team mates who are at least 2 levels below him

Fullbacks and strikers. The rest of the team when all fit is decent.Free Agent wrote: ↑Sun Aug 09, 2026 6:30 am It’s just a shame he’s surrounded by team mates who are at least 2 levels below him
OK Barry looks sharper this pre season but still a lot to prove, and Beto can be embarrassing at times. Must be frustrating for others.
The fullbacks though, my word, its a real deterrent to wingers to come to the club if their support/decoy out wide is Myko or a 6ft4 centre back.
