You won't recognise that area in ten years... hotels, bars, restaurants and a thriving business area
Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
Might be on Everton TV I suppose, haven't seen it advertised.
Other than curiousity to see the ground I can't think there will be too much interest in a game against Bolton B that has a fan evacuation during it at some point.

All that training for operation Goodison exercise will finally be worth it.

Took my first visit as I was kind of in the area, I can’t add anything that’s not been said already, but by Christ it’s impressive, just the area around it lets it down so badly, the regeneration can’t happen soon enough.

Forgot to add, the steward on the gate said we’ll be free to walk around it from July

Big plans for Man U - they are also talking about the area all around the ground as well - proof we need to be getting onto this first and cementing our place as a an iconic global venue over the next few years because this is the way it’s going.
Very interesting at the start as they are talking about all the same elements we’ve seen going into BMD - proximity, sightline and atmosphere. They mention BMD and Spurs, clearly as the benchmarks and wanting to go better, but their only recourse seems to be to do it the same but bigger.

I've heard very little about TFG that has made me happy.
But hearing they wanted to get involved with Liverpool waters immediately increased their reputation with me.
Till I realised they're likely planning on a TFG purchase/investment, and not an Everton one

You don’t see the re generation of the surrounding area as a positive ?superpull wrote: ↑Sun Mar 23, 2025 9:44 am I've heard very little about TFG that has made me happy.
